shipped with Royal Mail or our courier partner which is free for orders over £35 
orders below this value will be charged £4.45. 
PRIORITY DELIVERY SERVICE | 1 - 2 WORKING DAYS 
Orders placed using our Priority Delivery Service excluding oversized items will 
be prioritised through the dispatch process and will be shipped with our courier 
on a Tracked (and insured) 24 hour service, charged at £8.95 or discounted to 
£3.95 if your order is over £35.
LARGE AND BULKY DELIVERY | 3 – 5* WORKING DAYS 
For oversized items or heavy items we use a specialist courier with delivery 
within 3-5 working days delivery from £14.95 - £19.95 
SPECIAL ORDER/BACK ORDER | 7-14* WORKING DAYS 
Special order items are ordered direct from the manufacturer and lead times can 
vary, delivery estimates will be sent ahead of delivery via email or alternatively 
contact us before placing an order to confirm delivery timelines.
